Your hosts Izzy & Verity bring with them knowledge and experience in traditional Hatha Yoga. Izzy is a Yoga Teacher and Art Therapist and Verity is a Yoga Teacher and Master Practitioner in NLP and Hypnotherapy.

Put in simple terms Yoga means Union. This Yoga, Meditation and Art Therapy Retreat will give you the space for your body and mind to come back to itself, reconnect and re-balance.
The aim of this workshop is to re-balance your body and mind in gentle and easy ways. Yoga is not all about having a good stretch, it's a full holistic system which you will discover over the workshop.
This workshop is designed specifically for those who want to reconnect with themselves and enhance their body-mind connection through movement, posture, breathing, meditation, chanting, creativity, learning and self-reflection.

When you are centred, balanced and tuned in, you gain the strength to support yourself, your loved ones and all those you come in contact with.
